For over 30 years, Carolina Table has been producing dining, training, conference and occasional tables and meeting room and reception area furnishings. In January 2019 Michael Kirshy, founder of Old South Cabinetry, a family owned and operated millwork company, purchased Carolina Table in order to breathe new life and leadership into the company. With 24 years of woodworking expertise and business acumen, Kirshy brings a fresh perspective, innovative ideas and custom capabilities to increase Carolina Table’s offering to the hospitality industry.
The Carolinas have long been known as the heart of America's manufacturing center for wood furniture and our skilled craftsmen proudly follow and enrich that storied tradition at our 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Lamar, SC.
Our inline and custom tables are used in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, offices and universities. Our tables range from elegant fancy face veneers to wood-edged granites, and from solid woods to self-edged laminates. We offer a wide array of custom options including marquetry inlays and power, data and communication accessories.
To accompany these distinctive tops we offer an extensive collection of contemporary and transitional bases; fixed or folding legs for training tables; and cylinder and slab bases for conference tables. We also manufacture maître d' stands, trash receptacles and occasional tables.
